This package provides the Broadcom Bluetooth Driver for Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit and Vista 32-bit and 64-bit.
This package is intended for the following system:

The software should be installed on systems with at least 110MB of system memory.

This solution would be great, but it starts out with Click on Start and then Control Panel assuming I can get to Start and then the Control Panel, which I cannot. Booting normally or into Safe mode as far as I can get is the user log in screen with no accounts visible on the right side to click on. At that point there is nothing I know to do to get beyond that screen and go on into Windows.
I can use Control-Alt-Delete at this point to bring up an old style log in box where I use Administrator and the password which I do know, it is not lost and get a message the account has been disabled. Another dead end.
I can use a Windows XP Pro boot CD to get to Repair Mode, and when it asks for the Administrator password I put it in and can get to a command line prompt. So, is there anything I can try from a Windows XP Pro command line to get the laptop to boot into Windows even without a password at this point. Any third party software fixes.
I would just reload Windows from scratch and solve it that way, but my relative has family photos on there she never backed up and I need to copy them off first.
